Subject: [PATCH] README: fix stat strip centering with a div wrapper

align="center" on <table> itself gets ignored - Gitea's markdown CSS
forces tables to display:block for horizontal scroll, which breaks
that attribute. Wrapping in <div align="center"> actually centers it.
